Once NexaComm adds your email to the system, you will be able to access our ticketing portal.

Usually an email with instructions is sent to you so you can create a password for your account.


If you forgot your password or did not receive the email from our system, this is the process you need to follow:

  1. Goto http://support.nexacomm.com/support/login 
  2. Click "forgot your password" 
  3. Enter your email address and hit "Reset my password" 
  4. Check your email and "Click here to reset your password" 
  5. Enter your new password twice and accept. 
  6. You now have a username (your email) and a password to access the portal.
