Voicemail users are required to initially setup their mailboxes by:
- Changing their Voicemail password
- and recording the different greetings
Greetings are optional: If they dont record the greetings, the default greetings and the extension number are used.
Changing the Voicemail password is not optional: If the new password matches their extension, the user will be prompted again to change it everytime he tries to check for his Voicemail until he actually changes it.
